Please ensure you review and understand our return policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will  also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the below statement

1. • Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders once dispatched.

   • In case of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

   • We may request photos or other documentation to process your request promptly.

   • Shipping charges and GST (Goods and Services Tax) will not be refunded for retail orders once dispatched.

   • If you receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery.

   • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a suitable solution

   • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

   • Please provide your order number and details of the issue.

   • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for most cases.

   • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

   • Depending on the payment method, it may take 3-5 days for the refund to be reflected.

   • Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, clearance sale items, separate gifting items, may not be eligible for returns.

   • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, follow the return process and place a new order.
